Hi,

Can i load application server on my personal PC? and if so how can i run mod_plsql on that? Please help me out to have a practice.

Yes you can. You can use PL/SQL with an enterprise edition install. You'll also need to install the Oracle HTTP server as well. Take a look at the manuals for how to configure a database access descriptor in the plsql.conf file

I thought that Application Server had HTTP server included in a regular install?

You're right it does. My mistake. Though the web server in enterprise edition is sufficient for running mod_plsql it doesn't have near the same functionality as the full blown app server.
