i have some doubt in oracle reports

In my report under some text printed like

Thank you for using xxx
Documented prepared by GOPAL


for PREPARED BY whether he has to print the person who created the manifest
or person who is running this report.

user : bala
password : xxxx

then under the text the user name BALA is printed like this

Thank you for using xxx
Documented prepared by BALA.

HOW TO PRINT THE USER NAME IN ORACLE REPORT.TELL ME THE SOLUTION

You could use SYS_CONTEXT - create a formula column and display it at the end of the report):

one dooubt in oracle report 6i.

actually when logging the package and which user runthe report under the report the user name is printed.
ex:
thank for using llc company
prepared by XXXX

XXXX --> who is logging the report the user name will be printed.

how to set global parameter user_name in oracle report 6i.
