When running ebs on a single node/server on RHEL, preparing to clone by seperating APPS and DB Tier on two servers. Preparing the target environment hosts file is it always the case that both hostname and IP addresses of APPS and DB nodes should appear on each node's hosts file

not necessary if DNS contains these details
